We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing both digital and traditional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing online marketing initiatives, as well as integrating them seamlessly with traditional marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies: Create, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising, while also coordinating efforts with traditional marketing channels.

  2. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and curating engaging content, monitoring and responding to comments, and analyzing social media performance metrics.

  3. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.

  4. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling copy, designing visually appealing emails, and analyzing campaign performance.

  5. Traditional Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the traditional marketing team to ensure seamless integration of digital and traditional marketing efforts, including print, radio, television, and events.

  6. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for various digital and traditional platforms.

  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital and traditional marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

  8. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in both digital and traditional marketing. Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  3. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  4. Experience in traditional marketing channels such as print, radio, television, and events.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
