We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate with a strong business development mindset to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and sales growth. This hybrid role requires a blend of marketing and sales skills to identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and support the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Functions:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and brand visibility
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and track engagement metrics
- Assist in content creation (blogs, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Support event planning, webinars, and promotional activities
Sales Development Representative (SDR) Functions:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and pain points
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead interactions and pipeline status
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales development strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets
