Job Description


As an HR Graduate Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various HR functions within our organization. Under the guidance of experienced HR professionals, you will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and participate in projects aimed at enhancing our talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building events, administering employee surveys, and analyzing feedback.
  • Assist in HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Support performance management processes, including assisting with performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking training completion, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related initiatives and projects.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and relevant legislation to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous HR internship or related work experience is a plus.


Duration:

This is a 3 month internship position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
