Company Introduction:
Paramount students take the pain out of studying abroad for both students and universities. This is a UNPAID INTERNSHIP that will RUN FOR 8 WEEKS and would later on become a paid and official job after the internship ends given you exhibited exemplary performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
