Regional Sales Assistant - UNPAID Internship

This is a UNPAID INTERNSHIP that will RUN FOR 8 WEEKS and would later on become a paid and official job after the internship ends given you exhibited exemplary performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for driving results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed in the assigned region
