ApplyUni Abroad is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is fully remote and requires the candidate to possess their personal laptop. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by closely monitoring our website, managing applicant information, assisting with payment processing, and maintaining effective communication with our clients.

Responsibilities:

– Monitor ApplyUni Abroad’s website regularly for new applicant submissions.

– Receive and accurately file information about new applicants on our website.

– Send new applicant information to the School Applications officer for processing.

– Monitor clients’ payments and ensure timely processing.

– Confirm receipt of payments and update records accordingly.

– Assist in sending out emails and newsletters to our clients and partners.

– Prepare payment vouchers and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

– Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

– Minimum of an HND/Degree in any field.

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.

– Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.

– Prior experience in administrative support roles is preferred but not required.

– Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
