Job Description
Role: Data and Systems Lead (Finance & HR)
The hiring company is looking for a Data and Systems Lead (Finance & HR) to support our rapid scale and needs for organized, relevant data and systems in the CFO Office. The ideal candidate will work within the CFO office to provide critical support to Finance Operations and controls, Financial Planning and Analysis and People Operations.
Role Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, systems management, or a similar role, preferably in a finance or HR-related setting.
2. 2+ years of experience in data analytics tools (such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.) and experience working with databases and HRIS/financial systems.
3. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
4. Open to relocating to Rwanda or Mauritius
Remuneration
15k-25k USD per annum
