The Opportunity

We’re seeking a results-driven On-Trade Manager to expand our footprint in the on-trade channel. You’ll develop key accounts, execute sales strategies, and ensure exceptional service to our clients.



Key Responsibilities

- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within the on-trade sector.

- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients (bars, restaurants, hotels etc.).

- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new business opportunities to increase market share.

- Trade Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions, incentives, and brand activations.

- Team Leadership: Train and guide field sales reps to optimize performance.

- Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.



Requirements

- Education: Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.

- Experience: 5+ years with proven track record in Brand Management or Marketing.



Skills:

- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.


- Strong client relationship management.


- Strong analytical, creative, communication and interpersonal skills.
