Job Description
Generate sales leads, assessing customers' needs to ensure satisfaction and building enduring relationships based on trust through open and interactive communication. Skillfully handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and diligently follow up to guarantee resolution. Process customer orders efficiently.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Proficiency in both English and French languages
- Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability to respond effectively to different personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
